Creating Pipelines

This guide walks you through creating a new pipeline in NOS.

Defining Pipeline Steps

Navigate to the Pipelines tab in your project and click "New Pipeline." Each pipeline consists of one or more steps. For each step, you specify a container image, a command to run, and any input/output dependencies.

Configuring Inputs and Outputs

Steps can consume datasets or the outputs of previous steps as inputs. Use the pipeline editor to wire inputs and outputs between steps, forming a workflow DAG.

Running Your Pipeline

Once your pipeline is defined, click "Submit" to start execution. NOS schedules the steps on available compute resources and provides real-time status updates and logs.
